What’s Happening?
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to access your intuition, self-awareness and your energy field in order to make the right decisions, for you and you only. Why is it challenging to make decisions? Because there are competing forces in the form of: distractions, temptations, manipulation by fear, doubts; or another’s choices, opinions, or beliefs. These forces are growing by the day, so it’s becoming increasingly important, especially for empaths and highly sensitive people, to tune into your own energetic field instead of the world’s.
During this experiential workshop you’ll learn:
- 5 competing forces when it comes to making life decisions & how to overcome them
- How to work with your gifts as an introvert, empath, or sensitive person, instead of against them, to make decisions
- How to effortlessly and confidently make decisions using your intuition and somatic experiencing in your body

About Emily Smith: Emily Smith is a spiritual thought leader, guiding Highly Sensitive People and empaths to create the work (and therefore life) that lights them up. Emily combines her business background of over 10 years with mindful ancient practices to heal her clients. Emily has mastered challenges in job changes and career transitions, and her work has her taken all over the world. She climbed the corporate ladder in the agency world as a Marketing Executive in London, Boston, and NYC until burnout, anxiety, and grief in 2016 led her to healing, and ultimately launching her business in 2018. Her clients are global, high-achieving and passionate individuals who haven’t followed a typical career path, and desire to turn their skills and purpose into a job and/or side business that will allow them to curate the life they desire. In the work Emily does with clients, mindset is just as important as strategy. Emily believes that satisfying work is on the other side of healing limiting beliefs, past traumas, and self-worth issues and has seen this transformation in herself and her clients. Self-knowledge is the path to a better quality of life, and Emily empowers her clients to be their own authority and healer in their life. Emily uses somatic tools, and is a trained breathwork facilitator, certified integrative life coach, and certified essential oil specialist. Emily guides clients to uncover and land the best career and/or business for them in her signature 1:1 90 day program, which combines both mindset + strategy. Emily is based in Boston, loves traveling all over the world to see friends any chance she gets, and is a writer on Medium and Thought Catalog – currently writing her first memoir.
