About Audrey Gerber:

Audrey Gerber is a health coach for women struggling with PMS and period issues. After being on the pill for almost 7 years and suffering from hormonal chaos, she successfully found her way to a radiant period using natural strategies and a holistic approach. She discovered that her menstrual cycle was actually the key to unlocking her full potential, and is now passionate about helping others who don’t want to use the pill to experience the same transformation.
