About Ashley Rose Howard: Ashley began her career as a journalist, eventually spending over a decade in digital media. After many years of managing stress-induced anxiety, she left the corporate world to focus on a healthier, holistic lifestyle. Through her career shift into wellness, writing, and personal healing, Ashley discovered her passion for mindfulness and became a certified yoga and meditation practitioner. Combining her two worlds, she co-created HEAL GOOD COLLECTIVE.
