Are you stressed? Do you recognize the messages your body is telling you? Come learn more about the science behind the mind-body connection and walk away with easy tips to better manage your stress.

We all encounter stress in our every day but how well do you manage your stress? Do you know why stress exists?

In this event, we will learn more about the science behind stress and how the mind-body connection really works. We will reflect and practice increasing awareness of our stress responses and how to decrease overall stress levels.


  • Have a better understanding of how the mind-body connection works and why stress exists

  • Appreciate the differences between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems

  • Identify your stress triggers

  • Learn easy and practical tools to improve your stress levels daily

  • Reframe how you see stress!

About Cindy Tsai:

Cindy Tsai, MD is a board-certified physician, mindfulness teacher and integrative life coach who is passionate about coaching motivated high-performing women to quiet their inner critic to confidently live their best life. She earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees from Johns Hopkins University and her M.D. from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed internal medicine residency training at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), a UCSF affiliate program.

Through Cindy’s own healing journey as a recovering perfectionist, she has explored a wide range of therapeutic modalities and emphasizes wellness and caring for the person as a whole. Her mission is to empower women to look within to reconnect with their gifts and make an impact in the world.
