The past year has done a number on our mental health, and now there’s a new wave of anxiety about what life looks like post pandemic! Join me to learn how to conquer negative thoughts spirals and create a personalized mental health protocol so that you can show up more fully in your relationships, business, and life!
Imagine a life on the other side of anxiety or depression. Not a life without hard things, but instead an unwavering confidence and self-trust that no matter what happens, you’ll be ok and you’re not alone. At the root of anxiety you’ll usually find negative thoughts spirals, an upregulated nervous system, catastrophizing, and stress. Believe it or not, the anxiety you feel is actually your brain trying to help you, it’s just been misinformed. You see, your brain has 3 jobs: help you feel good, keep you alive, and be efficient. Anxiety is our brain’s way of keeping us alive! (or so it thinks) But what it really ends up doing is holding us back and leaving us to feel even more exhausted and overwhelmed.
I’m going to teach you how to confidently slow down and be with anxiety so that you can discover the root cause of your struggle and just what it’ll take to overcome it. Mental health looks different for everyone, and so should the solution, I’ll help you personalize this process!

About Amanda Armstrong: As a women’s mental and physical health coach and founder of Rise As We, Amanda has helped hundreds of women get back in the driver seat of their mind, body and life. She mergers ancient wisdom and modern science to create a personalized lifestyle approach for each of her clients.

She has her master’s degree in Kinesiology; Exercise Psychology and worked as a personal trainer and health & fitness specialist at Google HQ for 5 years before leaving to run her coaching business full time. She’s seen and experienced first hand the damage the all-or-nothing fitness and hustle culture can cause and has made it her mission to empower thousands of women to reclaim ownership of their mind and life. She’s a new-ish mama, has an obsession with houseplants and although she’s a CA to the bone, she’s currently based in Alexandria, VA.
