What’s Happening? New to Reiki? We’ll first have a short informational session about Reiki and how it can be used to benefit you. Then we’ll move onto a healing experience, the session will have a guided section and partially silent portion where the Reiki energy will be brought in. Reiki energy encourages a client to let go of tension, anxiety, fear, or other negative feelings, so often many report a feeling of peace and well-being. Afterward, we will share our experiences if you feel called to do so and ask any questions that you may have about the Healing Journey. Bask in the claim benefits of this energy work.

About Jennifer Lutenski: Jennifer Lutenski is a Chicago based Certified Meditation Instructor, Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Sculpt Teacher, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. With a passion for helping others, she is dedicated to teaching mindfulness and relaxation techniques to her students through guided meditation, yoga, and energy work. Jennifer shares her knowledge and gifts with the community through private and group sessions both in-person and online, aiming to help individuals at all levels along their wellness journey.
