About Sarina Virk Torrendell:
Sarina is a builder, pivoter, entrepreneur and career & leadership coach with expertise in startup operations and partnerships. She was one of the early team members at Postmates where she was responsible for building Postmates operations from the ground-up, launching the service in its first 3 markets — Seattle, New York and DC. After Postmates, she launched her own e-commerce company that worked with Argentine artisans to curate collections of high-quality leather pieces which received notable mentions in Man Repeller, Lucky Magazine and Taste the Style (now The Chill Times). Simultaneously, Sarina joined GLAMSQUAD to streamline operational inefficiencies, develop their playbook for new market launches, and re-launch their weddings business. After a whirlwind of a year at Glamsquad, she re-joined Postmates where she led innovative partnerships with brands like Glossier, Harry’s, Casamigos, and also led the strategy & implementation of new category launches. Utilizing her startup and app ecosystem experience, she later went on the lead global partner marketing for the App Store at Apple. Prior to pivoting into the tech industry, Sarina was a human rights activist and co-built an advocacy campaign that raised awareness about the conflict in Congo. Given her colorful career background, she founded withSarina where she works with millennial leaders and entrepreneurs to help them gain the skills they need to succeed in their careers and businesses.
