Event Title: Six Degrees Society IRL SF Presents: Silent Disco Yoga Experience with Outdoor Yoga SF
What’s Happening? Outdoor Yoga SF is an immersive *silent disco* yoga experience in iconic SF and East Bay locations. There is a steady schedule of classes (7 days a week) held safely with ample social distance. Participants immerse themselves in nature, enjoy soulful music and move through postures at a steady, intentional pace. The athletic but accessible vinyasa yoga classes combine creative flows, dynamic stretching, and core work. Join some of the Bay Area’s most dedicated teachers al fresco to tune into the mind, body and spirit. All levels welcome.
